The Â'LÂ'EllipseÂ' office building in ParisÂ' district La Defense and redeveloped bij Redevco has been nominated for the MIPIM Award in the category Â'refurbished office buildingsÂ'.
Redevco, well known because of her substantial European real estate portfolio, has stripped and redeveloped the office building, totaling 5,200 sq.m. during 2000/2001. The building is fully let. Architect is Jean Hanémian of the Parisian office of Alm Architects.
