One Connaught Place was awarded two BREEAM certificates last year.

The seven office floors have been let to Cabot Square Capital, Macsteel, Fleetway Travel, Signia Wealth, Nu Star Terminals and Huron Consulting. The lease agreements are all based on a 10-year lease.

Simon Smith, Managing Director at REDEVCO UK says: "We are very happy with our Connaught Place redevelopment. We let the offices more quickly than expected and all 10 residential units in the adjoining building sold earlier in the year." The range of prices was £500,000 to £2.7 million (approx. €590,000 to €3.2 million).

One Connaught Place was awarded two BREEAM certificates last year; a BREEAM certificate 'Very Good' for the offices and a BREEAM certificate 'Good' for the residential units.

One Connaught Place offers a total of 2,800-m² of Grade A office space over seven floors and is located in the heart of London's West End. With a contemporary interior and classical stucco facade, the building has marble and limestone floors and offers stunning views over Hyde Park. It has a new reception area, metal tiled suspended ceiling, air conditioning, raised floors, passenger lifts, ground floor terrace, bicycle spaces, showers and car parking. Bond Street, Park Lane and Lancaster Gate are just a few minutes' walk away.

King Sturge and Jones Lang LaSalle were the office letting agents. Knight Frank handled the residential sales.
