Redevco and Carrefour Belgium signed a transaction agreement on 15 May 2014, providing a new commercial rental agreement for 66 strategic sites, of which the parties are respectively landlord and tenant.
The parties have been key partners since 2001. This signing secures the continuation of the long-term partnership between the two companies. The agreement provides for substantial joint investments in the coming years, in order to optimize, renew and strengthen the commercial complexes together.
Eric Van Dyck, Managing Director Redevco Belgium said: “We are delighted that we were able to renew this long-term partnership. This means we have a sufficiently long horizon, enabling both of us to keep making long-term investments in the properties and the surrounding land.”
