Following the company's investment in the SinnLeffers properties in Bielefeld and Kassel last November, REDEVCO Germany, Düsseldorf, has just acquired the third retail building rented to the fashion chain. The property in Münster offers approx. 9,300 m² of lettable space.

With this latest investment, REDEVCO Germany continues its recently announced expansion strategy and focus on retail properties. The company concentrates mainly on purchasing or developing city-center retail buildings in high street locations in medium-size and large cities. On a smaller scale, REDEVCO also invests in inner city shopping centers. REDEVCO is furthermore continuing to divest its office and logistics segments. This will be completed in the next five to 10 years.
