REDEVCO Netherlands has acquired a portfolio of 5 retail units from Metroprop for 17.7 million. The units are located in A1 locations at Laat 114-116-118 in Alkmaar, Lomstraat 11, 18 and 20-22 in Venlo and Diezerstraat 7-9 in Zwolle.
The stores are leased on a long-term basis to Douglas, Hennes & Mauritz, Mexx, The Phone House and Van Haren.
The acquisition of the retail portfolio is in line with REDEVCO's strategy of expanding its portfolio by adding high-quality retail properties.
Jones Lang LaSalle advised REDEVCO Netherlands during the entire acquisition process. Legal adviser of the vendor was Boekel De Nerée.
