REDEVCO Netherlands has purchased a listed retail building at Oudegracht 151 in Utrecht from BREEVAST. The property has been completely renovated and is fully let to ZARA.
ZARA opened its new store on Friday 23 April. The building is very well situated in a prime retail location in the old city center and provides approx. 1,575 m² of retail space. Neighboring retailers are H&M, The Sting and Vero Moda.
