RED Capital Management has appointed Radu Niculescu as General Manager for Red Building Management Services and he will be responsible for the asset management of all the company's properties.
Niculescu will be responsible for all aspects of the asset management of RED's shopping centers, business parks, logistics centers and residential properties.
"This is a tremendous challenge for me and will enable me to become involved in the asset management aspects of a property right from the outset of development," said Niculescu.
RED currently has a shopping center in Braila with three openings in 2010 and with another 10 to 12 projects over the next three years.
Niculescu was previously the Romania Country Manager for Cegis, a French company that manages 70 shopping centers throughout Europe and 12 centres in Romania. He was recently nominated as one of the best managers in the annual 100 Best Managers in Romania competition organized by Romanian publication Business Magazine.
Prior to Cegis, Niculescu spent five years with ProTV, the US television station which is part of the CBS Group. He was manager of the company in charge of operations
