Real IS has sold the Victoria Michelet office building in Levallois-Perret in Paris for 55 million on behalf of the institutional fund BGV II. The freehold office building comprises 9,292 m² and is currently multi-let to five tenants.
The purchaser is AEW Europe SGP on behalf of NAMI Investment, a subsidiary of Natixis Insurance.
Knight Frank's European investment team represented Real IS.
BGV II is the second of a series of BGV institutional funds managed by Real IS. The fund started in 2004 and raised 300 million of equity. The internationally diversified fund has a volume of currently ca. 473 million.
