Just before the end of last year, Real I.S. acquired the corporate headquarters of Schörghuber in Munich. The property is located in Arabellapark, an estate largely developed by the Schörghuber group of companies.
The building complex on Denninger Strasse was raised in 1994. The property, which has a GLA of about 9,500 m², is let long-term to Schörghuber Group, which remains committed to the location.
Real I.S. has earmarked the asset for a new investment fund of the 'Bayernfonds format' that will focus on Germany.
