REP's staff had to work hard to keep enough copies of Europe 2010 and Belgium 2010 on the shelves at MIPIM.

These essential annual guides, available free of charge to attendees at MIPIM, provide a broad overview of the real estate markets, highlighting trends, key projects and locations, and leading market players. With the future affects of the global credit crunch on European real estate still uncertain, readers won't want to miss what the series of expert financial analysts and economists have to say.

The 564-page full-color Europe Real Estate 2010 provides an expansive picture of the real estate markets across Europe, CEE countries, Russia and Turkey. This year's edition examines the situation brought about by the financial crisis and tightening credit markets, interviewing some of the industry's top financial experts. With recovery in mind, the future of the CMBS market, the European residential and logistics markets, and sustainable architecture, are just some of the many other hot topics featured. The book also contains listings of major deals throughout Europe over the last 12 months and a comprehensive view of major projects in the pipeline.

The Yearbooks are made in cooperation with analysts in the field and international industry partner organizations including ICSC, ULI, EPRA, IPD and RICS. The Yearbooks are distributed free-of-charge to delegates at fairs such as MIPIM, EXPO Real and MAPIC, as well as other international real estate conferences throughout the year (circulation of each Yearbook: 10,000 copies). The Yearbooks can also be ordered in local bookstores and online at www.europe-re.com/bookstore.
