Real Capital (Holding), a regional real estate investment group, just launched a special purpose investment fund, Real Berlin II, to invest in Berlin real estate. Real Berlin II plans to seize real estate investment opportunities in the capital of Germany where properties trade at a substantial discount to other European cities.
According to its general partners, lead by Mr. Karim Salameh, the fund will focus on low-risk fully rented centrally-located residential properties that are expected to produce alluring and safe returns on invested capital. Real Berlin II is the second investment fund launched by Real Capital (Holding) for Berlin, which pioneered Arab investments in the capital of Germany, and will benefit from the expertise of Real Capital (Holding), its partners and affiliates, in the Lebanese, Arab and European real estate markets.
