Raven Russia company has started construction of new phases in the Noginsk and Klimovsk class-A logistics parks in the Moscow region. At the moment preliminary work are under execution on both sites. The delivery of new assets of the total area of about 85,000 m² is planned for mid-2013. Investment in the construction will amount to US $83 mln (approx. €63.5 mln).
Raven Russia is developing the second phase within the framework of Noginsk Logopark. The premises of the phase under construction at present are 37,000 m².
Noginsk warehouse complex is situated on 62 ha land plot in the Noginsk District of the Moscow Region within the boundaries of the town of Noginsk, right on the M7 Moscow-Nizhniy Novgorod federal highway, 44 km from the MKAD, between the Betonka and the proposed CKAD (Central Ring Highway). An existing railway branch in the park's boundaries connects it with the Orekhovo-Zuevo railway terminal, the largest in the Moscow Region.
The tenants of first phase, built in 2009, are X5 Retail Group, UPM, Roto Frank, Sanitec, Alkon and Ontex.
Commissioning of new buildings of Noginsk Logopark is planned for the spring of 2013.
Raven Russia is developing the third phase of Klimovsk Logopark in the Podolsk district of the Moscow region. The area of the two buildings of the phase is 47,700 m². The total area of the previously delivered to the market two phases of the complex is 109,000 m².
Klimovsk warehouse complex is located on 18 ha land plot on the South of Moscow, in the Podolsk district of Moscow region, 21 km outside of the MKAD ring road, 3.5 km from Betonka Ring Road A107 and close to the route connecting M2 and Varshavskoe highway. This gives easy access to all those major routes.
The tenants of the first two phases, commissioned in 2009 and 2012, are Gradient, Gates, FCS, Alliance Healthcare, Danone, Burda, DeAgostini and Kupi VIP.
The third phase will be put into operation in Q2 2013.
