Rasmala acquires DuPont scheme (NL)

Dura Vermeer has sold the DuPont development, located in the Leiden Bio Science Park in the Netherlands, to Rasmala Investment Bank. The asset comprises 6,588m² of space featuring c.4,001m² laboratory, 2,587m² of office space and a parking facility for 108 units. The property is fully let to Genencor International, a subsidiary of the American chemical group DuPont. The property is scheduled for completion in Q2 2020. The purchase price was not disclosed.
