Raiffeisen Evolution Project Development (REPD) is to develop two residential projects in Warsaw. In Mokotów, in the area of ul. Domaniewska and ul. Samochodowa, the firm will develop a building with around 180 apartments of middle- to high-quality and on ul. Hera in Bemowo REPD will be developing around 280 flats.
The company already has the site development conditions (WZiZT) for both projects and will soon be applying for the planning permit for the residential building in Mokotów. Construction work should begin at the beginning of 2007, and be completed by the end of 2008.
The developer has also sold their Ferio Gaj shopping center in Wroc³aw to Dutch investors, and has signed letters of intent to sell two other projects that they are currently developing in Legnica and Pu³awy. REPD are also looking for plots to develop in Kraków, Wroc³aw (for a residential project) and Koszalin (retail).
