Panattoni Europe, the leader in Poland's warehouse space market, announces that it has renewed a lease contract in Greater Poland. A current customer, Raben Polska, is staying on more than 26,600 m² of modern warehouse space. The transaction was mediated by the real estate agency Colliers International.
The logistics operator Raben Polska, part of the European Raben Group, has extended its lease contract for the currently occupied space - more than 26,600 m². Raben Group has been present in the European market for 80 years, offering comprehensive logistics service, warehousing, domestic and international distribution as well as sea and air freight.
Raben has been a customer of Panattoni Europe's for many years. Apart from the warehouse space in Poznañ, it operates from the logistics park in Strykowo, occupying a total of more than 37,700 m² of the developer's space.
The park is a 26,600 m² distribution centre, located 16 km from the Poznañ city centre. The building is equipped with 35 receiving docks, parking spaces for 40 trucks and 60 cars. It is located along the S11 national expressway, 2.5 km in a straight line from the intersection of the roads A2, E30, S11.
