Quadra Place in Bucharest sets new residential market record (RO)

Residential complex Quadra Place has set a new residential market record. Only three months since the launch of Quadra Place 300 apartments have already been sold.

"No other project has ever been sold so quickly," says Ionut Bordei, Partner with Eurisko, the exclusive broker of the project. What is behind this resounding success? "New apartments, at affordable prices, located in a fast developing area," Ionut Bordei explains.

The record achieved by Eurisko is all the more praiseworthy as it happened in the summertime, a period usually deemed as 'extremely slow' for real estate sales.

The complex includes 343 apartments on a 15,447 m² piece of land in northwest Bucharest, and will be developed by Conarg Real estate, a company with vast experience in constructions. The architectural project was entrusted to Arxtudio, whereas Raiffeisen Bank is granting full funding for the investment made by Conarg and for the purchase of homes.

The construction works are on schedule. The first apartments will be finalized in May 2007, with the entire complex to be ready next fall. Surface areas can meet a wide array of demands. Whether one wants a studio apartment of 50 m² or a penthouse of 240 m², Quadra Place has the right residence. Parking will never be a problem again, as the project will have 136 garages and 272 parking spots outdoors.

Located near Parcul Politehnicii and in the vicinity of the Botanical Garden, Quadra Place is surrounded by vegetation. At the same time, the neighboring commercial area brings close to home the Plaza Romania commercial center, with its many stores, but also two hypermarkets – Cora and Carrefour, and the entertainment area from IDM – Semanatoarea. The location of the residential complex is also perfect in terms of public transportation – two subway and trolley lines, five tram lines and three bus routes.
