Quinlan Private Golub has announced the appointment of Janet Sheridan as the company's new Residential Sales Director.
As Residential Sales Director, Janet Sheridan is responsible for the sales and marketing of Oakland Park, the luxury housing development located in the green outskirts near Konstancin, as well as future Quinlan Private Golub residential developments in Poland. Her main duties include supporting the land acquisition process by determining suitability, product mix and pricing structure. She is also responsible for the recruitment, training and personal development of the sales team.

Janet Sheridan has over 17 years of experience in real estate. Prior to joining Quinlan Private Golub, she gained vast experience working for Gleeson Homes Northern Ltd in the United Kingdom as Sales Director, and more recently as Sales Director at Strata Homes Yorkshire Ltd., responsible for sales and marketing of 17 developments in the Yorkshire region in northern England. Janet Sheridan's past experience also includes the positions of Sales Director for George Wimpey North Ltd and C.M. Yuill Ltd. She also occupied the position of Sales & Marketing Director at Britannia Developments Ltd.
