Modransky Haj, Prague, Czech Republic

This project, situated in Prague 12, introduces a new concept of revolutionary living in the Czech Republic. Its originality is due to its unique location next to the forest (called Modransky rokle – Cholupice) while only being a few minutes from Prague city center, the development of low-rise houses, exceptional layouts and facilities, and community infrastructure for its residents and local inhabitants.

"Today (20 January) QPG is presenting its strategy for the Czech residential market, where we still see a huge potential for new projects. Our experience of the Czech market from other real estate sectors is very positive and despite the current global financial crisis we remain highly confident in this market. Well-prepared and attractive projects with a strong financial background will succeed. QPG brings a new concept of living to this market which we have successfully implemented on other markets in the CEE region and experience from the UK.. We will develop projects that have an added value for the whole location, offer necessary infrastructure for future and current inhabitants of the area and will create unique conditions and a family atmosphere for its residents. In our portfolio we currently have 200 ha of land on which we plan to build up to 3,000 homes. We are proud to start our activities in the Czech residential sector with Modransky Haj, a project that brings a new style of living to the Czech market," states Stephen Haigh, Country Manager of Quinlan Private Golub for the Czech Republic.
