Publity Performance Fund No. 6, launched by the Publity Financial Group, has acquired the nearly 6,400 m² Office Tower in Rennbahnstraße 72-74 Frankfurt am Main.
"The Office Tower in Frankfurt South is an ideal addition to the portfolio of the Publity-fund No. 6. We intend to use the asset during the term of the fund and then resell it at a profit for our investors, "said Thomas Olek, CEO of Publity Emissionhaus GmbH.
The Office Tower in Franfurt am Main has 13 floors with a glass and metal facade. It is directly connected to Frankfurt Central Station by tram line 21. The Frankfurt Messe (Frankfurt Trade Fair) can be reached in about 10 minutes. Directly opposite to the site are the racecourse Niederrad, and the Frankfurter Golf Club. A five-star hotel with 266 rooms is currently being built at the racecourse, which will enhance the site. Local shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes are also nearby.
