publity AG (publity) has recently sold an office and warehouse property in Muhlheim an der Ruhr. This property has a total rental area of almost 4,500m2, and it also includes more than 130 parking spaces. The main tenant of the property is Europipe GmbH, which is a manufacturer of large-diameter pipes. The buyer and the purchase price have not been disclosed due to a mutual agreement between the parties.
The office building is conveniently located in the heart of the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region in North Rhine-Westphalia. With a population of around 18 million, North Rhine-Westphalia is the state with the highest economic output in Germany. Many DAX companies have their headquarters in this state.
