publity AG acquires office landmark ‘abc-Tower’ in Koln (DE)

publity AG announces the acquisition of the 65 meter high abc-Tower located in the Airport Business Park Cologne-Porz. This modern office building is located in close proximity to the Cologne/Bonn Airport and has a total leasable area of ​ about 23,000 m².
The abc-Tower office complex was completed in 2003 and is divided into the three parts: tower, outbuilding with office units and a parking garage with 450 parking spaces. The imposing, elliptical office tower distinguishes itself through its exceptional architecture and high-quality design as well through the ​​flexibility of its surface.
"The acquisition of the abc-Towers marks the second purchase of a striking high-rise building occurring within one month, after the acquisition of Offenbach City Tower. The abc-Tower will be enhanced by the use of our asset management and then optimized to be sold again," commented Thomas Olek, CEO of publity AG.
