- The starting price of the property: LT 70 million + VAT (approx. 20 million).
- Participants planning to take part in the auction must make official registration on December 16, 2011, between 9-10 am. By that time participants need to pay a participant's fee comprising 2% from the starting price. Extract from the bank account, evidencing the payment, must be presented to the bankruptcy administrator while registering on December 16.
- The auction will be held on December 19, 2011 at 9 am in Gedimino av. 9, Vilnius.
