PST CLC's expansion to create up to 70 new jobs in Prague and Brno (CZ)

The new logistics facilities of PST CLC will be situated within two industrial parks located in Prague and Brno area. The company has leased over 13,000 m² of warehouses and offices in PointPark Prague D1 and almost 17,000 m² in CTPark Pohorelice near Brno. The expansion of the company is a result of recent success in winning the tender to provide comprehensive logistics services to a leading global supplier of automotive industry.

"The contract with the well-known tire producer is a substantial step for our further development, on which we intend to build in the future and offer our know-how to other companies from the automotive sector," says Miroslav Bradna, Managing Director of PST CLC.

"We care about the ultimate quality of services that we can provide to clients, particularly focusing on efficient interconnection of production and storage operations and the volume and accuracy of deliveries," added Bradna.

According to PST CLC, approximately 40 new jobs should be created in the new Brno facility and another 30 in Prague.

Colliers International, one of the leading real estate consultancy companies played a significant role in the conclusion of both transactions, having exclusively represented PST CLC.

"Based on our long-term cooperation PST CLC approached us to help them find an optimal solution for their expansion. After a thorough market research, we selected premises at PointPark Prague D1 and CTPark Pohorelice. The flexibility of the landlords and competitive lease terms were crucial factors in the decision-making process," explains Simona Černá, Associate Director, Industrial department of Colliers International.

Both new warehouses of PST CLC will complement each other and serve the Czech Republic as well as the neighboring countries.

"Good transport infrastructure and the ability to effectively serve the entire region of Central Europe are the main reasons why the Czech Republic is so popular among logistics operators," says Karel Stránsky, International Director of Industrial Solutions in Central and Eastern Europe, Colliers International.

PointPark Prague D1 developed by PointPark Properties (P3) currently consists of 140,000 m² of industrial premises for warehousing and light production. After the transaction with PST CLC only 5,000 m² of existing storage space for rent will remain. The developer is also initiating preparations for construction of an additional building, which will offer 40,000 m² of warehouse space.

CTPark Pohorelice is located about 30 km south of Brno with direct connection to the highway leading to Prague, Vienna and Bratislava. It offers a total of 111,000 m² of space for storage and light manufacturing. The site was developed by CTP Invest.
