ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today that David Doyle has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer of Europe, replacing Philip Dunne who was recently promoted to President & CEO of the European business. David will assume his new role on July 20, 2009.

Mr. Doyle is the former chief financial officer at Colliers CRE plc, one of the leading commercial real estate consultancy groups in the UK. At Colliers CRE Mr. Doyle was responsible for all finance, risk management and legal affairs as well as partnering with the Group's chief executive to develop and implement strategy, including capital raising and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Colliers CRE plc, Mr. Doyle was the chief financial officer and an executive director at the UK's leading internet bank, Egg plc. From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Doyle was at Prudential plc where he was head of corporate finance, with responsibility for all group level mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and associated strategic activities. His achievements include leading the NYSE listing and concurrent £200 million U.S. equity raising for Prudential plc.
Mr. Doyle qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1987. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

ProLogis also announced today that Christian Nickels-Teske has joined the company as Head of Treasury Europe. Mr. Nickels-Teske is responsible for the negotiation and structuring of secured and unsecured financings for ProLogis and its joint venture partnerships in Europe. In addition, Mr. Nickels-Teske is actively involved in arranging public debt capital market offerings.
Mr. Nickels-Teske comes to ProLogis from Citigroup Global Markets where he was the Director and Head of Real Estate Finance for CEE and Russia. He has extensive experience in development and mezzanine financing, single country portfolio and cross-bor
