ProLogis, a leading global provider of distribution facilities, has concluded a lease contract with an American pharmaceutical company. This company is renting 13,181 m² of distribution space in ProLogis Park Venlo.
This new long-term contract covers distribution space in ProLogis Park Venlo DC1, which is located on the Trade Port commercial site. The pharmaceutical company is already present on the location, but there was a need for more extensive accommodation. The agreement has been concluded in collaboration with DTZ Zadelhoff and CB Richard Ellis.

The fact that they are also working with us in Venlo is evidence of their confidence in our way of doing business. We are providing a flexible solution that corresponds closely to their accommodation needs. This transaction means that a large part of our portfolio in Venlo has now been leased out. A few units are still available."
