Project Paleiskwartier (Palace Quarter) in Den Bosch nominated for MIPIM award (NL)

The housing project Armada, part of the Paleiskwartier in Den Bosch, has been nominated for a MIPIM Award in the category Residential Developments. In this category the development of Credo Ontwikkeling and the Development Company Paleiskwartier (Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij Paleiskwartier) are up against the projects Grosvenor place in Hong Kong and Arkadien Asperg in the German Asperg.

The MIPIM Awards will be presented on March 11 during the MIPIM in Cannes. Hans Van Veggel (COO AM) is part of the jury which is lead by Werner Welte, former CEO of DB Real Estate (Germany).

The architect agency Foster and Partners by Norman Foster well represented with two nominations. Both his Tower Palace (London) and Metropolitan (Warschau) have been nominated in the category business centers. Tokyo is represented in two categories, with a nomination for the Grand Hyatt hotel (by architects Kohn Pederson Fox) and the Roppongi Hills shopping center. Paris also holds two nominations for the intercontinental le Grand Hotel Paris and the Kenzo Building (category refurbished office buildings).
