The Spanish firm Pro-Urba Polska is to develop two high-rise buildings (63 and 126 m) on a site on the rondo Daszyñskiego roundabout in Warsaw that it bought from Bialystok developer Budbaum.
In total, the buildings would contain 80,000 m², more than half of which would be apartments, with the rest given over to offices and services. The buildings have been designed by Andrzej Cho³dyñski.
The developer has already received the site development conditions (WZ). Construction work is likely to begin this year.
The next project in the pipeline for Pro-Urba is to be an estate of 1,300 homes, which will be built on the site of the former Waryñski factory in Warsaw.
