store situated in the ‘Art de
Vivre’ shopping center from Banimmo
.
The ‘Art de
Vivre
Shopping center which is managed by Ségécé
has been completely renovated and modernized in 2012 for a total of €15 million.
The ‘Art de
Vivre
– Eragny’ Shopping center has a total GLA of over 45,000 m². The Castorama
store which opened its doors in 1991 has a total retail area of 11,000 m².
The transaction amounts to approximately €19.8 million.
