PRIMARK takes over former location of SinnLeffers in Frankfurts NordWestZentrum (DE)

Irish-British fashion company PRIMARK is to take over the former location of SinnLeffers in Frankfurt's shopping centre NordWestZentrum. The space totals approx. 7,200 m² and is set to open end of 2009/first quarter of 2010.

The NordWestZentrum Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH acts as Landlord. Kemper's Jones Lang LaSalle carried out negotiations with PRIMARK concerning the lease process and advised them regarding their expansion. The arrival of PRIMARK in Frankfurt is one of the two largest German retail lettings in 2009 so far, along with the Globetrotter leasing at Munich's Isartorplatz.

PRIMARK exclusively offers private brands and rolls style, quality and affordable prices all into one. The assortment comprises different styles for women, men, children and home decoration. Within the first half of business year 2008/09 the company achieved an increase in turnover of 20% at €1.2 bln. up to the end of February. At present PRIMARK has more than 190 stores in the UK, Ireland, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal and Germany. The first German store opened in May 2009 in Bremen's shopping centre Waterfront. The NordWestZentrum is one of the most important shopping destinations in the Rhein-Main region and includes a sales area of 90,000 m², 150 stores and about 45,000 visitors a day
