Primark continue their development in France at O’Parinor (FR)

After Grand Littoral in Marseille and La Toison d’Or in Dijon, it is now O’Parinor’s turn to welcome the famous fashion brand, Primark.


In line with their development strategy in France, Primark have just signed a lease for a new 5 500m² store in the O’Parinor shopping center in Aulnay-sous-Bois, owned by Hammerson and Rockspring.


This store is set to open in 2014.

 

Currently active in the French market, Primark, who are represented by Cushman & Wakefield, are looking for stores of between 5,000 and 7,000 m² in all major French cities.


For this transaction, Primark were advised by the Cushman & Wakefield retail team and legal advisors, Allen & Overy.


Since opening their first store in Dublin in 1969, Primark now have around 260 stores in Europe.
