PricewaterhouseCoopers, a worldwide firm providing industry-focused assurance, tax and advisory services for public and private clients, has leased approx. 500 m² of office space in the Alfa building (in complex Oliva Business Park) located at 7 Piastowska Street in Gdañsk. Alfa (completion scheduled for Q1 2011) is the latest development of Alfa Investment (part of the Truss Real Estate Group). Jones Lang LaSalle was selected as the exclusive leasing agent.

The Alfa building is located on Piastowska Street, 100m from the Grunwaldzka Avenue, close to the Oliwski Park. In total Alfa will provide approximately 5,000 m² of mainly commercial office space.
