The Alfa building is located on Piastowska Street, 100m from the Grunwaldzka Avenue, close to the Oliwski Park. In total Alfa will provide approximately 5,000 m² of mainly commercial office space. Robert Pydzik, Chairman of the Board of Alfa Investment and the Truss Real Estate Group, said that he is very satisfied to start cooperation with PricewaterhouseCoopers under this project and hopes that other concluded lease transactions confirm the high quality project and very good conditions which are offer in the Alfa Building (in complex Oliva Business Park) very soon.

Magdalena Reñska, Head of Gdañsk office of Jones Lang LaSalle comments: "This is the first pre-lease agreement signed in Alfa office building in Gdañsk Oliwa. Despite difficult market conditions the best located and high quality projects in Tri-City such as Oliva Business Park are attracting tenants. Additional value in respect of this scheme is the possibility to rent a start-up or temporary office space in the adjoining Beta office enabling tenants to wait for the delivery of new space."

Besides the overall aesthetical impact of the building, the project's key architectural concept is based around an atrium. This enables office space to be arranged on an open plan basis or divided into modules with maximum use of daylight. The building will be of the highest technical standards. Apart from air conditioning and ventilation solutions, all premises will be equipped with security and fire safety systems which are market standard in the A-class buildings. The office areas will be equipped with raised floor and suspended ceilings as well. Moreover a BMS (building management system) is in place together with an emergency power supply and UPS, access control, monitoring and other technical solutions which make the Alfa building technically very advanced. There will be a Café Bistro in the building available for Alfa tenants as well as people from outside.
