Prague Outlet Center enters the final stages (CZ)

Rapid progress is being made on Prague´s first outlet center, currently being developed in the Štìrboholy district of Prague. Construction works only started in February of this year, but already the supporting structure and peripheral shell are proudly in place, and the center´s gates should be opened to the public this November.

Roman Vachta, Project Manager at TK Development, one of the project´s partners, commented on the time frame for the construction works, "After finishing the supporting structure and peripheral shell, work is now underway to finalize Prague Outlet Center´s external areas and the two-story car park is being completed soon."

Graham Coxhead, Director of the project´s second partner LMS Outlets, appreciates that the construction works are running according to the schedule: "We are now finishing the spaces in our commercial units which should be handed over to the tenants in the middle of September. It is likely, therefore, that Prague Outlet Center will be opened to consumers in the middle of November this year."

Phase One of Prague Outlet Center in Štìrboholy will consist of approximately 80 shops with branded goods in an area bigger than 18,000 m². Consumers can rest and relax in 12 cafés and restaurants, and the parking area in the middle of the building will offer parking for 1,200 cars.
