PointPark Properties (P3), a pan-European developer and asset manager of modern logistics parks has announced the signing of a new lease with EMONS Logistik GmbH in P3's park in Hallbergmoos, which is situated in the Airport Office Park, Munich.

Following the end of 2010 announcement of P3's 23,000-m² Concept Build-To-Suit deal in PointPark Poznan, Poland, P3 has got off to an even stronger start in 2011 with the addition of the Cologne EMONS Logistik GmbH company deal. Other recent Western Europe transactions completed by the P3 team in Frankfurt have included BOTREX in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and a deal with LUIS SIMOES close to Madrid, Spain.

There were several factors that influenced EMONS' decision to enter into this project: the location, accessibility of the site and having a reputable and reliable developer.
