PNK Group, a leader of the Russian warehouse and industrial market, will construct a new multi-temperature warehouse for the company Verniy.
Verniy, one of the most rapidly developing Russian grocery chains, will be the first resident of PNK Sever industrial park, which is located on Rogachevskoe highway. The built-to-suit deal was signed by Verniy and PNK Group and was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
This distribution center will be the first built-to-suit warehouse of Verniy. The total area of the future project including administrative facilities will exceed 43,000 m². It’s planned that Verniy starts operations in its new warehouse in August 2014.
PNK Sever is a new industrial park located on the 27th km of Rogachevskoe highway, near Glazovo village. The total area of the project amounts to 400,000 m² of high quality class-A warehouse premises. The industrial park PNK Sever will be constructed to meet the international standard FM Global, with the use of new technologies helping to reduce the operational costs.
