Plans unveiled for landmark luxury hotel and residences in the City of London (UK)

One of London's most renowned landmarks, 10 Trinity Square, in the City of London EC3, has recently been acquired by KOP Properties. 10 Trinity Square is to become a world-class mixed-use scheme to include 37 private residences, a luxury 120-bedroom hotel, spa, restaurant offering and club with architecture by Woods Bagot and residential interiors designed by award-winning luxury international architecture and interior design practice, David Collins Studio.

Planning is due to be granted in summer 2011 with completion of the project by 2014.

Planning is due to be granted in summer 2011 with completion of the project by 2014.

The roof terrace has views of major London landmarks including City Hall, Canary Wharf, The London Eye and Big Ben in Westminster. 10 Trinity Square is at the heart of London's most influential financial hub.

10 Trinity Square was designed by Sir Edwin Cooper as the headquarters of the Port of London Authority and officially opened in 1922. Throughout its history, 10 Trinity Square London has been a stopping point for royalty and dignitaries, including Queen Elizabeth II.

The residential apartments will be released for sale this year. 10 Trinity Residences will include 37 two, three and four bedroom apartments and penthouses located on the upper four floors. Residents will be able to enjoy the benefits of the 10 Trinity Hotel, including the spa, fitness center, swimming pool, and a private residences 24 hour concierge. They will also have the luxury of priority reservations in all dining venues. 10 Trinity residents will be provided with complementary membership to the 10 Trinity Club and will benefit from priority reservations and privileges at KOP and Reignwood hotels, resorts and yacht cruises around the world.
