Plac Unii crowned by the ING tower (PL)

Three companies of the international ING Group: Bank Slaski, Securities and Lease will become tenants of the office part of the Plac Unii complex. The company seats will be located mainly on the 10 highest floors of the main office building and will occupy over half of its area.

Plac Unii is due to open in October 2013.


The commercial and office complex constructed at Plac Unii Lubelskiej in Warsaw by Liebrecht & wooD and BBI Development NFI will be opened in October 2013.

The ING Group companies will occupy a total of 11 of the 21 floors of the office part of the main office building in the Plac Unii project. In accordance with the 10-year lease agreement the companies will be located on the fifth floor and on the 10 highest floors of the dominant part of the building.

The 'ING tower' area and the additional floor will total 12,103 m², consisting over half of the area of the main office building and around 30% of all office area in the Plac Unii project. A branch of the ING Bank will also be opened in the commercial part of the Plac Unii complex, called the City Gallery.

Plac Unii will be a complex of three office buildings connected with a glass roof at the height of 30 meters above the ground. The 90-meter skyscraper will be erected between two six-story buildings located along Boya-Zelenskiego and Pulawska streets. The office space of the project takes up 41,000 m².

The complex will also provide a 15,500 m² shopping area, called the City Gallery, with many shops, restaurants, cafes, laundry service and Supersam delicatessen.

The exclusive agent appointed on Plac Unii project is Jones Lang LaSalle.
