PKO Bank Polski chooses Skanska's office buildings (PL)

The largest bank in Poland will locate its Wroclaw and Łódź offices in modern, green office buildings developed by Skanska. PKO Bank Polski is another well-known financial institution that has chosen Skanska buildings for its office locations.
PKO Bank Polski leased 1,100 m² of services space in building A of Dominikanski office complex in the center of Wroclaw (approx. 500 m² on the building's ground floor and 600 m² of the first floor). As a result of this transaction, the first building of the Wroclaw office investment is already 30% commercialized – 10 months before its planned opening.
The bank also leased offices in building B of Green Horizon office complex developed by Skanska in Łódź. PKO Bank Polski will occupy over 2,000 m² of modern office space. The company has recognized Skanska as a reliable and trustworthy business partner.
“Corporate Social Responsibility plays an important role in the Bank's business strategy. When choosing areas for our new units and offices, we focus not only on location and functionality, but also on the impact on the environment. Furthermore, Skanska offers a comprehensive package of services, that apart from lease includes space arrangement and management at the highest level,” says Monika Pawlaczek, Real Estate Restructuring Office Director at PKO Bank Polski.
