Philips is the winner of the 2003 Corporate Real Estate Owner Award. This award is presented to the company, which has been the most active and creative with its real estate. The Corporate Real Estate Owner Award is joint initiative by Deloitte and ING Real Estate and has the goal to encourage companies to get more return out of their real estate.
The Award was presented last Thursday by CoreNet Global’s Benelux President Rob Kuiper during a meeting regarding the trends and developments in Corporate Real Estate. CFO’s and Real Estate Directors from the top 300 companies in the Netherlands were present. The winner was chosen from 40 companies by an independent and expert commission presided by Prof. Ir. Hans de Jonge.
