Adgar Postepu Sp. z o.o. has signed a contract for the lease of office space with leading pharmaceutical company Pfizer Polska Sp. z o.o.

Adgar Plaza forms part of the Adgar complex is situated in the Mokotów Business District in Warsaw.
The new tenant will occupy the largest office space among all the companies that have decided to locate their offices in Adgar Plaza, part of the Adgar complex situated in the Mokotów business district. The complex is one of the most modern, technologically-advanced and well-equipped office complexes in Warsaw.
Pfizer Polska Sp. z o.o. will occupy office space comprising several thousand square meters on three adjacent floors in the Adgar Plaza office buildings. In order to stay in line with global space standards used in the company's local offices all around the world, the office will be arranged to create a unique open plan work environment. Other tenants of the Adgar complex, comprising of Adgar Plaza buildings A and B and Adgar Business Center, include Antalis Poland, the Credit Information Bureau, DQS Poland, Map Polska, Mostostal Warszawa, PartyLite, Schneider Electric, the Public Procurement Office and Adgar's Polish subsidiaries.
"For us, looking for a new location was much more than search for a larger office space. While we are growing and have plans to further grow in Poland, we certainly in the physical sense need more space. It is also good if an organization, no matter how big, is located in one place. However, and more importantly, consistently with our global approach, we were looking for a location that would enable us to significantly change our work environment and the way we work.
"Firstly, we wanted to give our colleagues a greater choice of office space types depending on the kind of job they do at a given point of time. Secondly, we intended to further enhance communication and collaboration among employees, which is not always possible in the traditional office set-up, especially in big organizations like ours. Finally, most of us spend a significant part of the day in the office. We are only human and deserve a break or a slower pace during the day to keep energy and motivation going. That is why we wanted to introduce the concept of soft-seating areas for relaxation or informal business discussions. Adgar Plaza offered the space and facilities necessary to introduce this new office and work concept," said Patrick van Ginneken, Country Manager for Pfizer Polska.
On behalf of Adgar Postepu Sp. z o.o. the agreement was negotiated by Eyal Litwin, Vice-President of Adgar Investments & Development Ltd., who explained "We are glad of the contract signed with Pfizer Polska. We have attracted such a prestigious tenant with unique services such as the onsite Adgar Plaza Conference Center and highest security standards, used also in the data center with dual access control based on proximity cards and fingerprint reader. And these are just a few examples of the added value provided by Adgar Plaza office buildings."
