pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a 20 million financing to the Centre Hospitalier le Vinatier. The loan is intended to finance the renovation and modernization of the hospital through the construction of a new building to accommodate all the disciplines of adult Psychiatry. The transaction closed on December 6, 2012.
Centre Hospitalier le Vinatier is a leading hospital for the treatment of mental health conditions. The renovation project aims to preserve the historical heritage of the hospital and its exceptional landscape quality, while modernizing its facilities.
The re-organization of the site, eligible for the governmental plan 'Hospital 2012' will regroup the three fields of adult psychiatry in one single building, in order to share expertise. It also complies with a sustainability process to control the environmental impact of the rebuild.
