Pavel Vishnyakov has joined international Built Asset Consultancy, EC Harris, as Location Leader for Russia & CIS. Pavel joins EC Harris from Glavstroy Holding, part of the Basic Element group, where he was latterly Managing Director of the Engineering Division. There, he was responsible for strategy, including the creation of five new business units, increasing revenues by 30% per annum, and the management of 1,950 specialist staff.
At EC Harris, Pavel will further develop the international consultancy's market-leading positions in the property, industry and energy sectors to deliver positive outcomes for clients.
