Landmark Partners, a private equity and real estate investment management firm, announced that Paul Parker has joined as Managing Director of its European real estate business.
Mr. Parker will be based in Landmark's London office and will contribute to the team's real estate secondary acquisitions and real estate fund-of-fund activities.
Gary Stevens, Partner and Head of Real Estate remarked, "A portion of our targeted investments for both our secondaries and our fund-of-funds will be in non-US markets, and Paul's experience will enable us to access both local market intelligence and wider coverage of the European real estate markets."
Paul Parker joins Landmark from DTZ Investment Management in London. DTZ is a global real estate advisor based in London that employs 11,000 people in 140 cities and 45 countries around the world. Paul was head of DTZ's multi-manager and fund-of-funds business. He led the development of a highly regarded team that built up a strong track record investing in over 60 vehicles across the UK, Europe and Asia. Paul further evolved the business by successfully launching DTZ's first real estate fund-of-funds for institutional investors, Aurora Europe, for which he was fund manager.
