The office complex Park Postepu in Warsaw accomplished by Echo Investment obtained an occupancy permit. Park Postepu is a modern, class A office complex, located in Warsaw district Mokotów, of the total usable area of approximately 34,000 m².
The part of the area at the ground floor has been assigned for commercial and service points. Leaseholders shall have at their disposal, among others, a restaurant and a press salon. Among the leaseholders there are, among others: Lux Med, Dent-a-Medical, Consumer Connection, Tavola, Dominata, Euro-apteka, PEKAO Financial Services, Estée Lauder, Termoizolacja, Abbott Laboratories, HTC and Novell. Also the seat of the Warsaw office of Echo Investment found its place in the new office building.
At present works are in progress connected with finishing of the leased premises.
