Panattoni to build Święcice II (PL)

Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial real estate market, is developing another strategically located distribution center.

This will be Panattoni's second park in Warsaw's satellite town of Swiecice.

It will be the second park in Warsaw's satellite town of Swiecice – Panattoni Park Swiecice II with target space of 20,000 m². Building one is a BTS facility developed for a customer from the logistics sector.

Panattoni Park Swiecice II is the developer's latest investment in the Warsaw region. It is a two-building complex, with total space of 20,000 m². The first building, currently under development, is a BTS project dedicated to an international company from the logistics sector. The facility will offer 10,300 m² of space (which can be expanded up to 14,000 m²) and the construction works started in August. The second planned building will offer 6,000 m² of industrial space for a varied pool of tenants.

The new center is situated in the direct vicinity of the already existing Panattoni Park Swiecice I. The excellent location near the capital city attracts mainly large companies, industry leaders. Panattoni Park Swiecice I houses the distribution center of the Polish branch of the food industry leader – Danone Sp. z o.o., another company operating from here is Tech Data – one of the world's largest IT distributors.

"Panattoni Europe's investment into the construction of a park in Swiecice near Warsaw turned out to be a great success – the park has been fully leased, and the interest in the location was so high that we had no concerns when deciding to create another distribution center of strategic significance for our customers", said Robert Dobrzycki, Panattoni Europe.

Panattoni Park Swiecice II is planned on a 5.23-hectare plot, near Panattoni Park Swiecice I. It lies in the Warsaw West poviat, Oýarów Mazowiecki commune, less than 19 km from the capital's city center, directly at national road no 2 (E30). The planned junction with the motorway A2 running from Berlin to Moscow places this investment in a strategic location.

Panattoni has located many of its parks in the Warsaw region, especially in the west, along the exit route to Poznan (E30). They are in places like Ozarow, Blonie or Teresin. Customers appreciate the location near the capital city as well as the excellent transport connections to every part of the country.
