Panattoni Park Stryków is one of the developer's four investments in central Poland.

The new tenants are: Saint-Gobain Sekurit HanGlas Sp.z.o.o., represented by Cushman & Wakefield during the transaction, and CVBC Investment Holding AG.

Panattoni Park Stryków is one of the developer's four investments in central Poland, providing cutting-edge warehouse space in an extremely convenient location. The park comprises three buildings whose appeal has already been recognized by several companies.

Now, they have been joined by Saint-Gobain Sekurit HanGlas Sp. z o.o., which will take up 4,400 m², and CVBC Investment Holding AG, which signed a contract for 2,650 m² . With the new contracts signed, Panattoni Park Stryków is fully leased.

Saint-Gobain Sekurit HanGlas Sp. z o.o. is a global leader in the production and distribution of automotive glass, forming part of the French-based Saint-Gobain Group. The company will use the space leased in Stryków for office and warehousing purposes.

Interestingly, Saint-Gobain Group has already dealt with the developer - the combined space leased by the company in Stryków, Czeladz and Gliwice now amounts to 23,650 m². The other new tenant at Panattoni Park Stryków is CVBC Investment Holding AG, an investment holding company, which will use its 2,650 m² to store medical equipment.

"Panattoni Park Stryków is a modern distribution center located in central Poland, near the major transport routes. We were aware that the excellent location will quickly attract new tenants.

"By signing the contracts with Saint-Gobain Sekurit HanGlas Sp z o.o. and CVBC Investment Holding AG, Panattoni has leased out all the space in the three buildings in Stryków, amounting in total to more than 107,000 m². I am extremely pleased that another Panattoni Park is complete and fully leased," said Robert Dobrzycki, Managing Partner for Central and Eastern Europe, Panattoni Europe.

"Stryków, due to its strategic location at the junction of the A2 and the planned A1 motorways, has great growth potential. This is a very attractive region especially for logistic companies," said Kamila Pruk from Cushman & Wakefield.

Panattoni Park Stryków lies at road no 71 (Zgierz-Stryków) in the vicinity of the national route no 14 (Warsaw-Lódz) – near the junction of the A2, E30 motorway with road no 14. At the same time, the project lies in the vicinity of the planned motorway junction of the A1 and A2, connecting eastern and western Europe and dissecting Poland north to south and west to east.
