Panattoni Park Lodz East completed - another 28,000 m² delivered (PL)

Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial space market, has completed another development phase at Panattoni Park Lodz East. The delivered space totals 28,000 m², of which 12,000 m² is within one building tailored to the client Media Expert and the remaining 16,000 m² is an expansion of the existing third facility. The space is occupied among others by Rohlig Suus Logistics SA.

Panattoni Europe has informed about completing works on the next phase of Panattoni Park Lodz East. The park's whole area has increased by another 28,000 m². The new, fourth 12,000 m² building has been leased by Media Expert, a distributor of household appliances, consumer electronics and multimedia. The remaining 16,000 m² is an expansion of the third facility, till now comprising 29,300 m².

The space is fully leased by three companies; an existing tenant of the park, which extended its space by another 6,500 m²; Rohlig Suus Logistics SA, engaged in a broad range of logistics and freight activities has leased 6,830 m² and Zabka Polska with the space of 2,500 m².

Panattoni Park Lodz East offers a wide range of solutions in warehousing, logistics and distribution. At present, the park comprises four buildings with total space of 132,330 m². At full build-out, the four facilities of the complex will total nearly 160,000 m². The Lodz-based park received recognition from industry specialists in the form of prestigious awards: CEE Quality Awards in the category CEE Industrial & Logistics Development 2007, and the Cepif & International Herald Tribune CEE Best Project Awards. The park's customers include such firms as Hartmann, Flextronics, Lekkerland, Schenker and Centrum.

Location
Panattoni Park Lodz East is located in Central Poland, in Lodzkie Voivodeship. Situated at ul. Zakladowa in the Widzew-Olechów district, it lies in the direct vicinity of the planned Andrespol junction on the A1 motorway (Gdansk-Cieszyn). Panattoni Park Lodz East can be found in the eastern part of the city, as little as 10 km from its center. Its advantageous location allows the park's employees to commute using public transport, and guarantees customers easy access to a qualified labour pool.
