Panattoni Europe, the leader in Poland's warehouse space sector, has completed the construction of additional 12,300 m² at Panattoni Park Lodz East.
At the same time, the modern distribution complex has been leased in full a new customer representing the paper industry leased 2,760 m², while an existing customer of the park - Paul Hartmann Polska Sp. z o.o. - took up an extra 2,000 m².
Panattoni Europe is set to complete another stage of expansion at Panattoni Park Lodz East in September. The newly-built 12,300 m² of space form an extension to the park's building three, which started last May and was fully leased by July.
The new customer at the completed facility is a firm from the paper industry, which will occupy 2,760 m². In addition, an existing customer at the park - Paul Hartmann Polska Sp. z o.o. has renewed its lease agreement of 5,230 m² in the park's building one and signed a new contract for 2,000 m² at the new, third building within the complex.
Hartmann will occupy a total of 7,230 m² of space offered by Panattoni in Lodz. The park's other customers include Flextronics, Lekkerland, Schenker and Centrum.
Panattoni Park Lodz East is a modern distribution complex, offering a wide range of solutions in warehousing, logistics and distribution. It is situated in the east part of Lodz, at ul. Zakladowa in the Widzew-Olechów district, only 10 km from the city center.
The park is in the direct vicinity of the planned Andrespol junction on the A2 motorway. At full build-out the park will feature five buildings totaling 154,310 m².
Panattoni Park Lodz East has received recognition from industry specialists in the form of prestigious awards: CEE Quality Awards in the category Industrial & Logistics Development 2007, and the Cepif & International Herald Tribune CEE Best Project Awards.
