Panattoni Park Lódz East expands (PL)

Panattoni Europe, the leader in Poland's warehouse space sector, is expanding Panattoni Park Lódz East. The new investment provides for expansion of building 3 at the park by further 12,300 m². The park's new tenants are JAS FBG and International Forwarding Agroland-Cargo Sp. z o.o.

Panattoni Park Lódz East is one of the developer's four parks located in Central Poland, in the Lódzkie Voivodeship. At present, the park comprises three buildings with total space of 92,200 m². The new investment provides for expansion of the existing 17,000- m² building 3 by further 12,300 m². The newly built space will be leased to two transport-forwarding logistics businesses: JAS FBG, taking up 5,000 m² and International Forwarding Agroland-Cargo Sp. z o.o., occupying 2,830 m².

"Panattoni Park Lódz East is not just a modern distribution and logistics complex, it also boasts a highly strategic location, if only because of the construction of the A1 motorway. The park's good location makes it possible for the employees to use public transport, and the customers are guaranteed presence at one of the upcoming key transport routes in this part of Europe," said Robert Dobrzycki, Panattoni Europe, adding: "The presence of such important logistic companies as JAS FBG and Agroland-Cargo may be the best proof of that. This is why I am happy that we can extend our centers for businesses just like them".

Panattoni Park Lódz East is a modern distribution complex, offering a wide range of solutions in warehousing, logistics and distribution. It is situated in the east part of Lódz, only 10 km from the city center, at ul. Zakùadowa in the Widzew-Olechów district. The park is in the direct vicinity of the planned Andrespol junction on the A1 motorway. Panattoni Park Lódz East received recognition from industry specialists in the form of prestigious awards: CEE Quality Awards in the category CEE Industrial & Logistics Development 2007, and the Cepif & International Herald Tribune CEE Best Project Awards.
