Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial real estate market, fully leased Panattoni Lodz Business Center. The last vacant space was taken up by Damco Poland Sp. z o. o., which moved into the facility in February.
The new tenant has leased 4,300 m². The transaction was mediated by the advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Panattoni Europe's portfolio has been joined by Damco Poland Sp. z o. o. - one of the leading international logistics operators, which has been providing comprehensive logistics solutions in Poland for 15 years to customers including the pharmaceutical and veterinary sectors, and is at the same time the market leader in sea and air freight.
Panattoni Lodz Business Center has a special position on the map of Panattoni parks. It is the developer's first park offering small business units. This means that the whole facility is tailored to the needs of smaller tenants the minimum warehousing units for lease are approximately 1,600 m².
Panattoni Lodz Business Center comprises two buildings with a total space of 18,700 m². The warehousing section is modern class-A space, with access to the docks and '0' level entrance, which can be used for storage purposes as well as light manufacturing. To date, space at the facility has been leased by: Delfarma, DHL Forwarding, DS Smith and Ruch SA.
Panattoni Lodz Business Center is located in the Widzew district, at the intersection of ul. Puszkina and Dostawcza, as little as 5 km from the city center. The park lies near the planned junction of A1 and A2 motorways and not far from the upcoming Andrespol junction on the A1. Location within the city's administrative limits and vicinity of key transportation routes are the facility's unquestionable advantages.
