Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the warehouse space sector, is increasing the space of its parks by 18,100 m². A press distributor will lease 5,300 m² at Panattoni Park Gdansk and 5,400 m² at Panattoni Business Center Lódz in the newly developed buildings. The transaction was mediated by the advisory firm Jones Lang LaSalle.
Panattoni Europe has already started construction works at two of its parks. The first is Panattoni Park Gdansk, where the 8,400-m² warehouse facility will be built as the second building out of the four planned. The other is Panattoni Business Center Lódz, where the 9,700-m² building is the second and last planned at the park.
The new tenant in both projects is a Polish press and FMCG distributor. At Panattoni Park Gdansk, the firm will lease 5,300 m² of space, whereas at Panattoni Park Business Center Lódz it will occupy 5,400 m². Both locations will be used by the tenant as modern distribution centers with a total space of 10,700 m². Altogether Panattoni Europe in Poland has around 110,000 m² of space under construction.

Panattoni Park Gdansk has an appealing location for companies operating in Poland and internationally, in the vicinity of the southern Tricity bypass, linking the A1 motorway with the national road no 7, some 500 m from the planned road junction 'Blonia' on the Sucharski Route, running from the Gdansk harbor to the southern bypass and the A1 motorway. Panattoni Park Gdansk is now made up of one fully-leased 7,600-m² building, whereas the space planned at the facility at full build-out amounts to 46,100 m² in four buildings.
Panattoni Business Center Lódz is a modern park, located barely 5km from the center of Lódz, at the planned junction 'Andrespol' on the A1 motorway (Gdansk -Cieszyn). It is suited to the needs of smaller tenants, with minimum warehouse modules for rent of approx. 1,600 m². The warehouse section is a modern class-A space, with access to docks and ground level entrance, which can be used both for storage purposes and light production. The design provides for two buildings and the first, with 9,000 m² of space, was commissioned in 2010.
